چکیده

هدف‏ ‏‏پژوهش‏ ‏‏حاضر‏ ‏‏بررسی‏ ‏‏اثر‏ ‏‏کاربست‏ ‏‏فنون‏ ‏‏حسابداری‏ ‏‏مدیریت‏ ‏‏بر‏ ‏‏پایداری‏ ‏‏شرکت‏ ‏‏با‏ ‏‏نقش‏ ‏‏تعدیل‏‏ ‏‏کنندگی‏ ‏‏فرهنگ‏ ‏‏سازمانی‏ ‏‏می‏‏‏باشد.‏ ‏‏به‏ ‏‏این‏ ‏‏منظور،‏ ‏‏برای‏ ‏‏اندازه‏گیری‏ ‏‏فرهنگ‏ ‏‏سازمانی‏ ‏‏از‏ ‏‏مدل‏ ‏‏دنیسون‏ ‏‏(2000)‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏برای‏ ‏‏فنون‏ ‏‏حسابداری‏ ‏‏مدیریت‏ ‏‏از‏ ‏‏مدل‏ ‏‏لبدوف‏ ‏‏(2019)‏ ‏‏استفاده‏ ‏‏می‏شود.‏ ‏‏ابزار‏ ‏‏مورد‏ ‏‏استفاده‏ ‏‏در‏ ‏‏این‏ ‏‏پژوهش‏ ‏‏یک‏ ‏‏پرسشنامه‏ ‏‏استاندارد‏ ‏‏است‏ ‏‏که‏ ‏‏در‏ ‏‏اختیار‏ ‏‏بخش‏ ‏‏مالی‏ ‏‏شرکت‏های‏ ‏‏تولیدی‏ ‏‏پذیرفته‏ ‏‏شده‏ ‏‏در‏ ‏‏بازار‏ ‏‏بورس‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏فرابورس‏ ‏‏اوراق‏ ‏‏بهادار‏ ‏‏تهران‏ ‏‏در‏ ‏‏سال‏ ‏‏1400‏ ‏‏قرارگرفت،‏ ‏‏که‏ ‏‏پس‏ ‏‏از‏ ‏‏پیگیری‏های‏ ‏‏مکرر‏ ‏‏تعداد‏ ‏‏91‏ ‏‏پرسشنامه‏ ‏‏تکمیل‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏در‏ ‏‏اختیار‏ ‏‏گروه‏ ‏‏پژوهش‏ ‏‏قرار‏ ‏‏گرفت.‏ ‏‏تجزیه‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏تحلیل‏ ‏‏داده‏ها‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏فرضیه‏های‏ ‏‏پژوهش‏ ‏‏با‏ ‏‏استفاده‏ ‏‏از‏ ‏‏نرم‏ ‏‏افزارهای‏ ‏‏Smart‏ ‏‏Pls‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏Spss‏ ‏‏صورت‏ ‏‏گرفته‏ ‏‏است.‏ ‏‏نتایج‏ ‏‏نشان‏ ‏‏می‏دهد‏ ‏‏که‏ ‏‏فرهنگ‏ ‏‏سازمانی‏ ‏‏تاثیر‏ ‏‏فنون‏ ‏‏حسابداری‏ ‏‏مدیریت‏ ‏‏(دگرگونی‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏مدیریت‏ ‏‏هزینه،‏ ‏‏راهبرد‏ ‏‏مالی،‏ ‏‏ارزیابی‏ ‏‏سرمایه‏گذاری،‏ ‏‏مدیریت‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏کنترل،‏ ‏‏تصمیم‏گیری،‏ ‏‏قیمت‏گذاری‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏برآوردها‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏خزانه‏داری‏ ‏‏و‏ ‏‏مدیریت‏ ‏‏نقدینگی)‏ ‏‏بر‏ ‏‏پایداری‏ ‏‏شرکت‏ ‏‏را‏ ‏‏به‏ ‏‏میزان‏ ‏‏16‏ ‏‏درصد‏ ‏‏تقویت‏ ‏‏می‏کند.‏ ‏‏

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study is to investigate the application of application management accounting techniques on firm sustainability with the moderating role of organizational culture. For this purpose, Denison model (2000) is used to measure organizational culture and Lebedov model (2019) is used for management accounting techniques. The instrument used in this study is a standard questionnaire that was given to the financial department of manufacturing companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange and OTC market in 1400, which after repeated follow-up 91 questionnaires were completed and provided to the group. Research was conducted. Data analysis and research hypotheses were performed using Smart Pls and Spss software. The results show that organizational culture has an impact of management accounting techniques (transformation and cost management, financial strategy, investment assessment, management and control, pricing decision, estimates and treasury management and liquidity management) on the company's sustainability by 16% amplifies.‏ ‏‏
